Dont play

I have been playing this game for a very long time and have enjoyed it Lately there doesnt seem to be any interest from the developers to fix any bugs. I had 240 billion pints over 3000 gems plus another 1000 in collections for gems. All of the sudden they all disappeared gone like the wind. I have tried to contact customer service but never get a response. I guess I am done playing this game.
